Friday's confirmation
Baltimore ruled Lamar Jackson out against Cleveland on October 16 after he remained absent from practice. The ankle injury will cost him a second consecutive game. Tyler Huntley is set to take the starting quarterback assignment again.
Another roster development
The Ravens also reported that pass rusher Trey Hendrickson practiced fully throughout the week and carried no injury designation for Sunday. Huntley's previous start ended with an overtime victory in Atlanta, giving the offense recent experience working with him.
SportsDesk view
Continuity is a useful lens for the second start. Rather than judging Huntley only against Jackson's individual style, watch communication mistakes and whether the defense can create favorable field position. The injury report describes availability at publication; it should not be turned into an unconfirmed timetable for Jackson's return.
